School Policy

Our Approach

Courses are tailored to suit the student’s specific needs and goals. We offer advanced classes in Aesthetics. Our instructors do not follow a fixed curriculum for each class. Every class is different because every student is different. Our instructors focus on the student’s primary objectives in learning the techniques.

Our Classes.

Our courses may be taken as a private tutorial, semi-private tutorial  or group course.


Classes are normally scheduled Mondays through Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Other schedules may be arranged upon request. The schedule of instruction may be changed only with agreement.


Payment is due for all classes prior to the student’s start date.Tuition and fees must be paid in full at registration. In situations where this is not possible, arrangements for a payment schedule must be made with the school administrator prior to starting a class. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, cash or Credit Card.

Returned Checks

A $50 fee is applied to ALL RETURNED CHECKS.


Students in a group class are entitled to 1 make-up class which will be taken by arrangement.  In case of an emergancy we can offer a leave of absence to freeze your account. 


Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the first schedule day of class. 


Aesthetics Medical Training has a NO refund Policy, any credit on an account can be applied towards any treatments, products or education classes we offer.
