Aesthetics Medical Spa Policy
Thank-you for your business at Aesthetics Med Spa; we appreciate your business and take passion in accomodating your needs.
A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to appointment time is required for all cancelled appointments; if 24 hour cancellation notice is not received a charge for the full payment of the scheduled appointment will be required.
Aesthestics Med Spa accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Our Gift Certificates can be used for treatments or products, you may purchase your gift certificates at our spa or you may call us with your payment and we can mail the gift certificates. There are no refuds on gift certificates.
All sales are final; any credit on an account can be used towards products or services offered at Aesthetics Med Spa.
Return Check fee of $50 on all returned check payments.
